Our Commitment to Quality & Fairness
At VILYSA, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. We want you to love your jewelry. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, protecting your consumer rights while ensuring we can continue to offer exceptional value.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact our customer service at service@vilysa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and handle the entire process for you. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under EU law.

2. Exchange for Unworn Items
We understand that style preferences can change. To balance customer flexibility with our commitment to sustainable practices, we offer a 14-day exchange window.

●Eligibility: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Process: Initiate an exchange by emailing us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your requested exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

Refunds (Cash): We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect VILYSA piece to shine in.

3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect all customers and reduce waste, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons).

Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Customized or personalized items.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email service@vilysa.com within the applicable timeframe.

Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

For exchanges, specify the desired new item.

Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service.

5. Inspection & Processing
All returns are manually inspected upon arrival. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. If an item does not meet our return conditions, we may have to send it back to you.
