At VILYSA, we believe your jewellery should reach you with complete clarity and care. This policy explains how we ship your order, what you pay, and when you can expect it to arrive.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

If you wish to place an order from a non-EU country, please contact us at service@vilysa.com and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Delivery Times

Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and unexpected delays during transit.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Tracking

Every VILYSA order includes end-to-end tracking.

You can follow your parcel from our fulfillment centre to your doorstep using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at service@vilysa.com and we will investigate immediately.

5. Customs, Duties & VAT

Because VILYSA sells exclusively to EU customers and all applicable VAT is collected at checkout, you will never be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

 No import duties – all shipments are intra-EU for customs purposes
✅ No hidden handling fees – the price you see is the price you pay

You will never be contacted by a courier requesting payment before your parcel is released.

6. Shipping Insurance

All VILYSA parcels are insured against loss and damage during transit up to a value of 10,000 SEK.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging and item (if applicable)

We will resolve your issue within 2 business days.

7. Undelivered & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or

Failure to collect the parcel from the pickup point,

we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

A re-shipping fee of 89 SEK applies.

If you prefer to cancel your order instead, a refund will be issued minus the original outbound shipping cost.

8. Packaging 

All VILYSA orders are packed in our signature sustainable packaging:

  • Recycled FSC-certified outer box
  • Compostable jewellery pouch
  • Recyclable paper tape

We do not use plastic filler or single-use polybags. Your jewellery arrives beautiful – and responsibly.
